Once you start your rope on the rope, every day you will take a few steps ahead, approaching your goal, and each chetium, whether it’s eating bloody food, drinking or neglecting the workouts, will take you back a few steps. Any external influence that is negative will act the same way and can even push you from the rope. If you stop at all with the sport for a while, you fall straight from the rope and quickly lose shape, and the longer you go, the harder it is to go back up. Conversely, the longer you follow the regime and the hard workouts, the faster you will advance without slowing down, otherwise you will only stay in one place.
